Because when you’re grown ups and not living near any family, you can actually have whatever you want for Thanksgiving :)

Even though we really love the traditional Thanksgiving fare, it can be a bit much for two people to eat on their own so we opted for a nice dinner for two of steak, roasted potatoes, roasted asparagus, and bacon wrapped dates.
