Frequently asked questions
1. How do I book? Your session fee as well as a signed contract are required to reserve your spot. Both can be completed online in a few minutes!
2. When is the best time of day for a session? Babies and children are almost universally at their best in the morning, which also has beautiful light! If you have children under five, I encourage an early morning session. If that is not possible, the next best time is after a good nap and snack.
3. Do you only photograph in homes? I have a soft spot for in home sessions, but I photograph outdoors and in studio as well! Most in home sessions do include time outside as my session time allows for plenty of time between both.
4. Do you reschedule sessions? Beautiful photographs can be made in any kind of weather, but I understand that there are some downsides to being photographed in the pouring rain or freezing cold! I can and do reschedule sessions for inclement weather, but I am also happy to use your home or another indoor location if sticking to the schedule is a priority.
5. What do we receive after our session? You will receive a personalized gallery with edited images for viewing, sharing, and downloading.
6. Do you offer prints and products? What you are going to do with your images is perhaps the most important aspect to consider when you’re planning for a photo session, but it’s all too often the aspect that’s overlooked! Let’s be honest, all that time and money invested deserves a bit more attention than photos gathering dust on a hard drive somewhere, which is why the gallery store is complete with a curated selection of beautiful prints, custom frames, and heirloom quality books to preserve your photos. Professional Lab Prints
Your favorite images are professionally printed on archival quality photo paper with your choice of a semi-gloss or deep matte finish. These full bleed prints are available in a variety of sizes, and are perfect for framing or giving as a special gift.

Framed Prints
These beautiful hardwood frames will protect your prints from damage and help them look their very best for you to enjoy every day. Frames come in your choice of white, black, walnut, natural, or barnwood, and arrive ready to hang with all necessary hardware included.

Lay Flat albums
These premium albums are printed on high-end matte photo paper with thick, lay flat pages. Layout and design options are incredibly flexible, and can be further customized with your choice of covers. 10 Spreads (20 pages) are included. Additional spreads (1 spread= 2 pages) can be added for $25 each.
